TellTale Information
Software that enables government agencies to manage and analyze the large volume of email they receive from the public.
When federal and state regulatory agencies make or change regulations, the public is invited to comment before the new regulations become final. When an agency receives tens- or hundreds-of-thousands of comments, the comments are usually a mix of form letters, modified form letters, and unique text. Our software groups comments by similarity, organizes them for browsing, and highlights the unique portions of each comment. Regulatory agencies using our software are able to process public comments much more quickly, more accurately, and less expensively than using traditional techniques.
