Ario

Ario Inc  makes it possible for business-software projects to be assessed and tracked even as work is being performed, as opposed to relying on manually created weekly or monthly status reports and documents. Traditionally, software execution has been treated as a black box by following a “define, delegate and control” paradigm under which tasks are specified, resources are assigned and periodic status updates are required to analyze deviations and plan corrective actions.  Ario Inc’s unique approach looks inside the black box, and for the first time makes project execution the central theme for control and monitoring purposes. This approach will save 15% of all execution and management costs, reduce risk of failure, and automate status reporting, documentation, new project effort assessment and align methodologies.

90% of all software projects build on what is existing and interact with other projects. However 80% of all practitioners are not fully satisfied with the tools and techniques available to manage the execution aspects of software projects. In addition, 65% of all software projects are delayed, experience cost overruns, do not deliver full scope, or are terminated midway. (Gartner, Standish, Forrester)
